Ordering & delivery

How fast will my book be delivered?
For orders placed via our Dutch webshop, books are usually delivered within about 5 working days. We send your order to the printer right after your purchase. The printer needs a few days to produce and ship your book.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace code. Please note: it can take a few working days before this email arrives, because the printer first needs time to process and dispatch the order.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders of one or more books within the Netherlands via gomlinengizmo.nl we charge a fixed shipping rate of €6.99 per order. Whether you order one book or three, the shipping fee stays the same. During special promotions we may offer reduced or even free shipping.
I ordered via Amazon. Who can I contact?
If you ordered a Gomlin and Gizmo book via Amazon, delivery and payment are handled by Amazon. For questions about shipping, payments or returns, please check your Amazon order overview or contact Amazon customer service.

Payment & returns

Which payment methods do you accept?
In our Dutch webshop you can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. Payments are processed via Mollie or PayPal. On your bank statement you’ll see Labradorlover Producties as the beneficiary.
Can I cancel my book order?
If you’re not satisfied with a physical book purchased via gomlinengizmo.nl, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the book. You’ll then receive a refund of the full purchase price including initial shipping costs. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.
What are the conditions for returning a book?
Returned books must be in unused and undamaged condition. Please pack your return carefully to avoid damage in transit and always include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the parcel.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your book via the contact form or chat. We’ll give you the return address and further instructions. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we will refund your payment within 14 days via the original payment method.
What if my book arrived damaged or incorrect?
Oh no — that shouldn’t happen! If your book is damaged or the wrong title was delivered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order details and (if possible) a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement copy or a refund.

Para pedidos realizados a través de nuestra tienda neerlandesa, los libros suelen entregarse en un plazo de unos 5 días laborables. Enviamos tu pedido a la imprenta justo después de la compra, y la imprenta necesita unos días para producir y despachar el libro.
¿Cómo puedo seguir mi pedido?
Cuando tu pedido haya sido enviado, recibirás un correo electrónico con un código de seguimiento (track & trace). Ten en cuenta que pueden pasar algunos días laborables hasta que recibas este correo, ya que la imprenta primero debe procesar y enviar el paquete.
¿Cuáles son los gastos de envío?
Para pedidos de uno o varios libros dentro de los Países Bajos a través de gomlinengizmo.nl cobramos una tarifa fija de envío de 6,99 € por pedido. Pidas uno o tres libros, los gastos de envío serán los mismos. Durante promociones especiales podemos ofrecer envíos con descuento o incluso gratuitos.
He pedido a través de Amazon. ¿Con quién hablo?

¿Puedo cancelar mi pedido?
Si no estás satisfecho con un libro físico comprado en gomlinengizmo.nl, tienes derecho a cancelar tu pedido dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega. Después de cancelar, dispones de otros 14 días para devolver el libro. Te reembolsaremos el importe íntegro del libro, incluidos los gastos de envío iniciales. Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren por tu cuenta.
¿En qué estado debe estar el libro para devolverlo?
Los libros devueltos deben estar en condiciones nuevas y sin daños. Por favor, embala bien el libro para evitar daños durante el transporte e incluye una copia de tu factura o confirmación de pedido en el paquete.
¿Cómo inicio una devolución?
Ponte en contacto con nosotros dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción a través del formulario de contacto o del chat. Te facilitaremos la dirección de devolución e instrucciones detalladas. Nach dem Widerruf hast du weitere 14 Tage, um das Buch zurückzusenden. Du erhältst dann den vollständigen Kaufpreis einschließlich der ursprünglichen Versandkosten zurück.
